Preliminary results for the Nov. 6 General election have been released by the Snohomish County Elections and the Washington Secretary of State’s office. The results are current as of 8 p.m. on Nov. 6. Results will be updated again at 5 p.m. on Nov. 7.

The Arlington School District’s $107 million bond to Construct and Renovate School Facilities and Improve Security received 4,403 (49.05 percent) Approved votes and 4,573 (50.95 percent) Rejected votes. The bond requires a 60 percent Approval to pass.

Snohomish County Fire District 15 (Tulalip Bay Fire Department) Proposition 1 – Fire and Emergency Medical Services Property Tax Levy received 630 (63.65 percent) Approved votes and 474 (36.35 percent) rejected votes.

Snohomish County Proposition 1 – Emergency Communication Systems and Facilities Sales and Use Tax received 107,263 (53.64 percent) Approved votes and 92,708 (46.36 percent) Reject4ed votes.

In the race for U.S. Senator, Maria Cantwell (D) received 1,056,950 votes (59.48 percent) and Susan Hutchison (R) received 720,127 votes (40.52 percent).

In the U.S. Representative District 1 race, Susan DelBene (D) received 126,547 votes (58.64 percent) and Jeffrey Beeler (R) received 90,678 votes (41.36 percent).

In the U.S. Representative District 2 race, Rick Larsen (D) received 134,348 votes (72.5 percent) and Brian Luke (L) received 50,964 votes (27.5 percent).

In the State Legislative District 44 – State Senator race, Steve Hobbs (D) received 23,935 votes (55.89 percent) and Doug Roulstone (R) received 18,894 votes (44.11 percent.

In the State Legislative District 44 – State Representative Pos. 1 race, John Lovick (D) received 24,303 votes (56.56 percent) and Jeff Sax (R) received 18,442 votes (43.14 percent).

In the State Legislative District 44 – State Representative Pos. 2 race, Jared Mead (D) received 22,236 votes (52.12 percent) and Mark Harmsworth (R) received 20,424 votes (47.88 percent).

In the State Legislative District 39 – State Senator race, Claus Joens (D) received 13,352 votes (41.87 percent) and Keith Wagoner (R) received 18,534 votes (58.13 percent).

In the State Legislative District 39 – State Representative Pos. 1 race, Ivan Lewis (D) received 13,900 votes (43.69 percent) and Robert Sutherland (R) received 17,913 votes (56.31 percent).

In the State Legislative District 39 – State Representative Pos. 2 race, Carolyn Eslick (R) received 18,477 votes (58.19 percent) and Eric Halvorson (D) received 13,277 votes (41.81 percent).

In the State Legislative District 38 – State Senator race, John McCoy (D) received 17,890 votes (59.3 percent) and Savio Pham (Ind. R) received 12,277 votes (40.7 percent).

In the State Legislative District 38 – State Representative Pos. 1 race, June Robinson (D) received 17,866 votes (60.91 percent) and Bert Johnson (I) received 11,467 votes (39.9 percent).

In the State Legislative District 38 – State Representative Pos. 2 race, Mile Sells (D) ran unopposed and received 21,659 votes.

In the State Legislative District 10 – State Representative Pos. 1 race, Scott McMullen (D) received 19, 277 votes (47.28 percent) and Norma Smith (GOP) received 21,491 votes (52.72 percent).

In the State Legislative District 10 – State Representative Pos. 2 race, Dave Paul (D) received 20,419 votes (50.24 percent) and Dave Hayes (GOP) received 20,223 votes (49.76 percent)

In the Cascade District Court Judge Pos. 1 race, Kristen Olbrechts received 10,177 votes (47.62 percent) and Jennifer Rancourt received 11,193 votes (52.38 percent).
