Family Friendly Cooking Demo: Cooking as a Family
Finding good tasting, nutritional meals that the family will eat can be a challenge, let us help! This interactive demonstration will be led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and will cover the following topics: Ways to get kids involved at meal times, Healthy ingrediant swaps, and meal time tips for eating as a family.
What to Expect:
This cooking demonstration class is for children old enough to help prepare meals in the kitchen and their adult family members. Participants learn different ideas and techniques on how to incorporate healthy choices into their diet. Please note: Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Class is 90 minutes long
You will be seated, learning various recipes to make food choices that are good for your health
Recipes and food samples will be shared
