I wanted to thank Brady Pierce for the wonderful article about the Lady Chargers from Marysville-Getchell High School ("Lady Chargers show heart in tough loss," Jan. 12, 2012).
Although the girls have not won a single game, they remain upbeat and united with great attitudes. They have improved so much since the season started.
With a confusing schedule (four 4-A teams to play and three 3-game weeks) for a beginning program, they have worked for their coaches, for each other, and for themselves.
Thank you for giving them the positive feedback.
