Saturday's annual Letter Carriers Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive (held May 8) proved once again to be a great success. Thanks to a giving community, rallying mail carriers, and a large staff of volunteers, the Marysville Community Food Bank received 32,000 pounds of food.

A special thanks goes out to all the mail carriers and post office workers at the main Marysville Post Office as well as the Annex facility north of town. And a huge thank you to the many hard-working volunteers that managed the incoming food at both postal sites as well as the Food Bank.
