Preserve traditional marriage

I am one of the thousands of Washington residents who proudly signed the petitions to put Referendum 71 on the ballot, and I will proudly vote to reject this unholy bill in November.
This bill does much more than provide health benefits and inheritance rights for homosexual couples. It threatens every citizen's freedom to disagree. This law will force our public schools to teach our children about homosexuality as an acceptable lifestyle, and it could lead to laws allowing family members to marry one another. Too much!
This is not about equal rights. It's about taking rights that have not been earned in order to promote a deviant lifestyle. I hope the responsible voters of Washington state will throw this bill in the trash where it belongs.
