My family just moved to the Smokey Point area a few months ago, and we've been trying to find out more about our local community. Your paper has been a big help in that regard, and we especially like the news about local things to do right around here.

After we read about the bowling alley and movie theater in Arlington, we visited both places. My son, a middle schooler, had a blast at Rocket Alley and we all enjoyed seeing a great movie at an affordable price at the lovely Olympic Theater. Even the popcorn and soda didn't break the bank!

We probably wouldn't have visited these businesses without the article in your paper, and we truly appreciate learning more about things to do here in town.
