Letters to the Editor
Thanks for support of Soldiers Angels
Editor,
I would like to thank everyone who has donated to Soldiers Angels’ Holidays for Heroes Drive. I can’t tell you how much it means to me, to see that there are so many caring and giving people, that will support our military.
I would like to thank North County Outlook for running our notice and a very special thank you to Cheryl at Marysville Travel Agency for being the drop-off point for our donations.

Editor,
Between September 24 and November 2, Everett 40 Days for Life had 200 participating prayer volunteers, who came out in front of Planned Parenthood to pray and fast on behalf of our unborn sisters and brothers and their parents, totaling an estimated 765 vigil hours. Through our Lord and Savior, Jesus, participants were spreading the 40 Days for Life message of love, hope, and forgiveness.
What is next? Certainly, our hearts have been touched and on fire; we were changed by these 40 days of prayer and fasting, vigil and outreach. We continue to pray (and fast) for an end to abortion.
There are many volunteer opportunities at Embracing Life in Marysville and other local pro-life agencies.
Still, people may continue to vigil at several locations: Everett Planned Parenthood on Wednesday and Thursday mornings, and Friday at 3:00pm at the Marysville Planned Parenthood.
I thank God for our 2nd Everett 40 Days for Life campaign. In Him, we hope, pray and continue to work toward a day when all life is respected from conception through natural death, and the trauma of abortion will be no more.
