Puget Sound Pediatric Dentistry held their Give Kids a Smile event on Friday, Feb. 2. They were able to provide cleanings, exams and X-rays for a number of local families. Each child left with a goody bag with a toothbrush and toothpaste and floss and a balloon. "Preventative care is critical to maintaining good dental health and overall wellbeing, and we will continue to participate in efforts like Give Kids a Smile day to help those who need it.  But we can't do it alone. We need to build public and private partnerships at the state and local levels to come up with solutions to help improve access to oral health," said Dr. Christopher Lugo, owner of Puget Sound Pediatric Dentistry.
