Arlington Police arrest man after vehicle pursuit

Cobb Street, when an Arlington officer on routine patrol recognized the suspect, who had multiple warrants for his arrest, exiting a known drug house. Police later located the suspect’s vehicle abandoned near the 23600 block of 35th Ave. NE. Officers deployed K9 Oso to track the suspect. After a short track, the suspect was located at a residence near his abandoned vehicle and was taken into custody.

An officer sustained minor injuries during the search for the suspect. He was treated at Cascade Valley Hospital and released. The suspect was transported to Cascade Valley Hospital for treatment of injuries sustained during the K9 application. He was booked into Snohomish County Jail on charges of attempting to elude a police vehicle, escape, theft in the third degree, and driving while license suspended in the first degree. The suspect also had outstanding arrest warrants for felony and misdemeanor violations.
