The Rotary Club of Arlington has installed a new board of directors for the 2016-2017 club year.

Erik Granroth has been elected as President of the Rotary Club of Arlington this year. Jola Barnett has been installed as President Elect, as well as, Paul Ellis (Vice President), Robin Reining (Secretary), Pamela Beaton (Treasurer), Narda Tudder (Associate Treasurer), Jeff Huleatt (Past President). Also, installed were the Directors and Associate Directors Mike Britt (Membership Director), Lyanne Rolf (Associate Membership Director and Director of Youth Services), Jessica Ronhaar (Director of Public Relations and Assistant Secretary), A.J. Chase (Associate Director of Public Relations), Devin Brossard (Service Projects Director), Brad Kihm (Associate Service Projects Director), Carla Rankin Gastineau (Club Administration Director), Tina Davis (Associate Club Administration Director), Kathy McCone, CPA (Foundation Director), and Joan Tilton (Associate Foundation Director).

This year's Rotary Board is committed to continuing its long-time work in the community. The Rotary Club of Arlington does this through service projects throughout the community, as well as, supporting an array of local causes and organizations through money raised from the annual Great Stilly Duck Dash on the 4th of July. Some of these organizations and causes include Youth Dynamics, Kids Kloset, Boys & Girls Club, Cocoon House and the Arlington Food Bank. The Rotary Club of Arlington is building a splash pad at Haller Park that will be breaking ground in 2017 and will continue providing scholarships to high school graduates from Arlington, Darrington and Lakewood.

The Rotary Club of Arlington also supports Rotary international's campaign to eradicate polio around the world. The Rotary Club of Arlington has also been working with the Rotary Club of Bungoma, Kenya, to provide clean water for the area.
