Thanks for supporting DVS

On June 9, 2016, Domestic Violence Services of Snohomish County held its 7th annual Handbag Auction & Luncheon. This year we sold out with 400 guests who were eager to shop our silent auction of 100 percent donated handbags, clutches, wallets and cosmetic jewelry. We then enjoyed a great lunch while our DVS Executive Director Vicci Hilty became the auctioneer for the afternoon We auctioned 40 original handbag centerpieces and 10 brand new handbags in the live auction, all of which were donated. We raised just over $48,000 in two hours.

Congratulations and thank you to our guests and our community for their enthusiasm in bidding and for the donations of handbags and centerpieces. All funds raised go toward the support of our services and programs which are offered free.

If you are in trouble or know of someone in trouble please call our 24 hour hotline at 425-252-2873. For further information check out our website at http://www.dvs-snoco.org. Remember we collect new and very gently used purses year round for this event.

Sincerely,

Debra Bordsen
