Silvana Fair seeks vendors

The 69th annual Silvana Community Fair will be held on July 30 at the Silvana Community Fairgrounds and in Viking Hall.

The fair is currently accepting applications for vendor booth spaces. You can find the Vendor Agreement under the Vendor tab at http://www.silvanafair.com. Vendors are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis so hurry and get your application in soon.

Do you want to enter something you’ve created, raised or grown at our local fair? The online Fair book contains all the information you need in order to enter a wide variety of items, from chickens to cows, and from quilts to zucchini, with ribbons for all and cash premiums for youth. New this year is an Upcycling contest to go along with our landscaping contest. See the Fair book (available soon at http://www.silvanafair.com) for details.

There will be delicious food available to enjoy while listening to the mid-day break band, the very popular Harvey Creek Band. The grease pole will be back and so will the Petting Farm, the alpaca exhibit, and hand-led Pony Rides.

Admission and parking are free as always. Plan now to spend a fun day in the sun at the Silvana Fair.6
