Lakewood top grads

Lakewood High School's requirements for the academic honors of valedictorian and salutatorian include the completion of advanced courses with exceptional scores, with at least half-time enrollment each semester. The chosen students must have attended classes on the Lakewood High School campus for four consecutive semesters immediately prior to June graduation.

The valedictorian is the graduate with the highest cumulative grade point average who satisfies the criteria, and the salutatorian is the student with the second highest cumulative GPA.

This year, four Lakewood High School students will share these places of honor. Co-valedictorians are Kiley Brown and Aaron Nech, both of whom attained GPAs of 4.0 in their high school career. Co-salutatorians are Nick Dominski, with a GPA of 3.938, and Jacob Micheletti, with a GPA of 3.937.

Lakewood High School's graduation ceremony is set for Monday, June 11.
