Dave Voigt of the Marysville Kiwanis Club presented the January Student of the Month award to Albert Castro at the Feb. 2 Marysville School Board meeting.

Albert, a senior at M-PHS, maintains a 3.9 GPA in advanced classes. He's a member of the Honor Society and the Bio-Tech Club and is an officer in the Japanese Club.
