The current issue of North County Outlook will be the final edition for 2009. According to our bi-weekly schedule, the next issue would normally be published Dec. 31, but instead you'll find the Outlook in your mailbox again on January 14, 2010.

Taking this brief break allows our staff to spend the holidays with their families, and gives us all a chance to recharge our respective batteries.
