The City of Marysville celebrated the official completion of the State Avenue improvement project with a ribbon-cutting ceremony November 6. Helping to commemorate the occasion was (left to right) Jill McKinnie, aide to Congressman Rick Larsen, councilmembers Lee Phillips, Donna Wright, Jeff Vaughan and Jeff Seibert, Mayor Dennis Kendall, and community development director Gloria Hirashima.
