A Stanwood man suspected of holding up an Arlington Domino's Pizza on June 28 is in custody in the Snohomish County Jail for investigation of robbery in the second degree. 21-year-old Isaac McClure was already in the jail, facing charges for a separate armed robbery that occurred in Lynnwood.

Police have recovered a firearm that was apparently used in commission of both robberies.

"It was difficult for McClure to deny having been in possession of a firearm, as witnesses reported that he had recently shot himself in the hand while showing off the pistol to friends," said Detective Sergeant Jonathan Ventura with Arlington's Investigations Unit. McClure had injuries consistent with the witnesses' accounts.

Sergeant Ventura confirmed that police departments in Arlington and Lynnwood were working together to solve these crimes.

The Arlington robbery took place at the Domino's Pizza located in the 3100 block of Smokey Point Drive.

Robbery in the second degree is a Class B felony that is punishable by up to 10 years in prison and $20,000.00 in fines.
