The 2012 Homegrown festival attracted visitors and local residents throughout its 3-day run. Dozens of vendors lined 3rd Street, offering a plethora of handmade and homegrown products and services, from arts and crafts to pet food and fresh produce. The Downtown Marysville Merchants Association (DMMA) added a new feature this year, with the Right Price Roundup, an interactive game that was based on "The Price is Right." Contestants competed for prizes provided by DMMA members, ranging from automotive care products to a full backyard setting with gazebo, plant stands and more. Emcee Eric Schoonmaker of Trusty Threads kept the game running smoothly, utilizing game show props crafted by volunteers with the Marysville Arts Coalition.
