Members of the Marysville Skating Club returned from the recent Bremerton Invitational Skating Meet with arms full of awards. Skaters from Washington and Oregon clubs participated, and the eleven local competitors, based out of Marysville Skate Inn, represented the community well. Pictured above are winners (from left) Lona Dennis, Sue Logghe, Connar Nichols, Beverly Boice, Sarina Barrett, Jim Barrett, Mike Sheedy and Della Sheedy. Also attending the invitational meet were Kyleen Gillette, who finished the competition with five first-place finishes, Mavis Redman, Cheryl Baldwin and Dan Duffy. The club's next competition is set for mid-April in Auburn.
