Free entertainment, interesting vendors, fun contests and great food were among the highlights of the Homegrown Festival, held August 14 and 15 on Third Street in downtown Marysville. Hundreds of visitors strolled the charming downtown street, shopping for homemade arts and crafts and enjoying the festival ambience.

Local entertainers drew crowds at the Outer Court both days, and organizers put together fun contests to test vegetable carving skills and hat design techniques.
