The Marysville Public Library offers an opportunity to watch teen graffiti-style artists create original works of art, or create your own masterpiece in chalk on the sidewalk on Saturday, August 8, beginning at 1 p.m. The library is located at 6120 Grove Street.

Write It: the Marysville Street Art Fair is part of the library's Express Yourself summer program for teens. Music and break-dancing demonstrations will also be featured.

Artists wishing to participate can register beginning at noon on Saturday. Space is limited.

The event is funded by the Damascus Road Church, Inspired Audio Solutions and Sno-Isle Libraries.
