Dig out your dancing shoes, dads. The annual Valentine dance for fathers and daughters, sponsored by the Marysville Parks and Recreation Department and various community businesses, is coming next month.

Four sessions are slated, all taking place at Cedarcrest Middle School cafeteria, 6400-88th St. NE in Marysville. On February 7 and February 21, dads and daughters can choose to attend the 5:30 to 7 p.m. session or the 7:30 to 9 p.m. time slot.

Fathers and daughters of all ages are invited to take part in the special event. Tickets are available for $12 per couple and $3 for each additional daughter, and can be purchased at the Parks and Recreation Office at Jennings Park, 6915 Armar Road, Marysville. Tickets will not be sold at the door.
