Rocktoberfest returns to Totem Middle School

The Marysville Rock and Gem Club will present the 34th annual Roctoberfest Rock, Gem, Jewelry and Mineral Show October 11 and 12, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., at Totem Middle School cafeteria. The school is located at 7th Street and State Avenue in Marysville.

Admission is free and hourly door prize drawings will be held.

The show is open to all age groups, with special activities for children offered throughout the weekend, along with demonstrations to showcase lapidary techniques, highlight local dig sites and explain jewelry-making techniques.

The Marysville Rock and Gem Club meets the second Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. at Jennings Park Barn.
