Jeff Latham wins award Even in a challenging real estate market, home buyers and sellers are having success finding attractive deals, thanks to the hard work of their local real estate agents.

Jeff Latham, CEO of Washington Home Buyer Network and a Keller Williams agent, was the recipient of the international Quantum Leap Real Estate Achievement Award from the KW real estate coaching program, an award that is reserved for a select few agents across the country.

Latham has helped 90 buyers and sellers realize their real estate dreams so far this year, and hopes to end 2011 with 140 transactions to his credit.

"Over 95 percent of my buyers have purchased a home for zero down, with payments cheaper than rent," said Latham. "It just makes more sense to own a home now rather than renting. Interest rates are at a 52-year low and there are steals out there."
