Arlington chamber plans move

The Arlington-Smokey Point Chamber of Commerce, which doubles as a Visitor Information Center, is moving to a new location effective August 1.
After 5 years in its current location, tucked into a retail and office complex east of Smokey Point Blvd. at 3710-168th St. NE, the chamber staff will move to an office behind the Stillaguamish Dental Clinic, next to Walmart. The new address is 4126-172nd St. NE, Arlington.
Owned by the Stillaguamish Tribe of Indians, the new location will provide a more visible location for travelers with a lower monthly lease rate.
"Please be patient with us as we move the last week of July and transition to the new office," said chamber director Michael Prihoda. "We're very grateful to the Stillaguamish Tribe of Indians for working within our budget and timeframe."
