The Greater Everett Community Foundation has announced the election of its newest board members, Ryan Blume, Dr. Bill Hecht, Dr. Bill Neumeister and Bill Rucker.

Ryan Blume
(top right) is currently a senior manager in the Everett office of Moss Adams, LLP, with responsibility for the office's high-net worth individual tax practice. He is a member of the American Institute of CPA, Washington Society of CPA, Snohomish County Estate Planning Council, and the Financial Planning Association. Blume holds a BA in Accounting with honors from Western Washington University, and is a graduate of the College for Financial Planning.
Dr. Bill Hecht
(top left) is a retired diagnostic radiologist, who most recently worked for Radia. He is a member of Snohomish County Chapter of American Cancer Society, Luther Child Center, and Compass Health. Hecht holds a BS from the California Institute of Technology, and earned his MD at the University of Washington Medical School.
Dr. Bill Neumeister
(bottom right) is a retired pediatrician, and was the Associate Medical Director for Blue Cross of WA and Alaska. Born and raised in Everett, Neumeister graduated from the University of Washington, earning his BA and his MD.
Bill Rucker
(bottom left) is the owner/president of H & L Sports and Soccer West. He is a former member and president of the Everett City Council, a former president of EverTrust Bank, and a member of EverTrust Foundation. Rucker is a graduate of Everett High School, and went on to graduate from the University of Washington, and the University of Washington Law School.
