Donna Steward, director of governmental affairs for the Association of Washington Business, will present a look at proposed healthcare legislation from a small business perspective at the Greater Marysville Tulalip Chamber of Commerce's Business Before Hours event Friday, July 31, from 7 to 9 a.m. at the Tulalip Casino.
"The proposals under consideration will impact every business owner, regardless of whether or not they already provide health care coverage for their employees," according to a statement from the chamber promoting the event.
