City officials were on hand to welcome Rite Aid, the newest business in the Gateway Shopping Center, at a ribbon-cutting ceremony held May 28. The new store is the second Rite Aid in Marysville, with an established location in Marysville Town Center Mall.
Prior to Friday's grand opening, Rite Aid employees showed their commitment to community involvement as they tackled graffiti removal from fencing next to Marysville-Pilchuck High School on 108th St. NE.
The new store, located at 3733-116th Street NE in Marysville, offers a drive-thru pharmacy, a food mart, digital prints and a one-hour photo lab.
On June 4, customers are invited to take advantage of free fitness awareness and blood pressure screenings from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
