The pale blue Victorian structure just off State Avenue on 8th Street has a new tenant in its light and airy upstairs space.
Eaglesnest Secretarial Service, the passion of owner Sheila Frazier, originally opened in September 2005 as a sole proprietorship based out of her home. As the company grew, Frazier incorporated in 2007, and the move to the new office space represents another professional leap.
Frasier is a nurse by training, but after her husband's death she became determined to push her boundaries and try her hand at business.
"It's a dream I've had for years," said the friendly Frazier. "I enjoy the public, working with people, and after doing a lot of research this seemed like the right path for me."
Eaglesnest Secretarial Service, Inc., provides a host of services for businesses, professionals and individuals. From eye-catching resumés to data entry, bookkeeping and transcription, the staff at ESS has the training and tools to do the job. The latest office software and new multi-function color copier can turn a word processing document or boring spreadsheet into a powerful presentation.
The pleasant new office even incorporates a private and professional conference room, complete with a view of Mt. Baker on a clear day, that can be booked by the hour or the day.
"We're an outsource company, not a temporary agency," Frazier pointed out. "We can take up some of the slack when your office staff is on vacation, or provide complete administrative services for startup companies without the cost of full-time employees."
Frazier is also active in the north Snohomish County communities, providing support for local schools, sports teams, veterans and more.
Eaglesnest Secretarial Service, Inc., is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Reach them at (360) 548-3140 or drop by 1416-8th Street, Suite B.
