The Greater Marysville Artists Guild will present its second annual Festival of the Arts Saturday and Sunday, July 28 and 29, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. under the shade trees at Marysville's Comeford Park.

In addition to artists' displays and some live demonstrations, the GMAG has also arranged for live music in the gazebo area.

"We are trying hard to get Marysville interested in the visual arts," said GMAG president Shirley Fulfs. "We would like for them to see how many wonderful artists there are in this area."

Visit the show to see a variety of works including paintings, photography, handmade jewelry, glass items and more, all created by local artists and artisans.

Comeford Park is located on State Avenue, between 5th and 6th streets.
