NWS presents Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat Before the creative team of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice collaborated on the blockbuster hit "Jesus Christ Superstar," they crafted another biblical-influenced gem entitled "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat." The Northwest Savoyards' production of "Joseph" is running through November 13 at the Historic Everett Theatre, 2911 Colby Ave. in downtown Everett.

"Joseph" marks one of the earliest collaborations between Webber and Rice. With a score that is a little bit country, a little bit rock-n-roll, a pinch of calypso and a dash of Elvis, "Joseph" offers a variety of fun musical styles to please everyone in the family.

Director/choreographer Krista Erickson and musical director Emily Lauckhart lead a cast and band of almost 50 performers, including the 14-voice youth ensemble, as they sing and dance to recreate the colorful story of Joseph, his crazy dreams and that amazing coat.

"Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" performs weekends through November 13, with Friday and Saturday evening performances at 8 p.m. and Sunday matinees at 2:30 p.m. Tickets are $22 for adults and $19 for students, seniors and military personnel (service fee may apply). Group discounts are also available. Call the theatre box office at (425) 258-6766 or purchase online at www.EverettTheatre.org.
