North County Outlook is a weekly community newspaper serving residents and businesses in Marysville, Arlington, Smokey Point, Tulalip, Lakewood and Quil Ceda Village. NCO is owned by three Snohomish County women: Sue Stevenson, Beckye Randall and Anita Wuellner. The paper is supported by our employees: Brenda Felder in advertising sales, Debbie Glidden in sales support, Carrie Harris in graphic design, staff writers Christopher Andersson and Joe Manney, and office assistant Teri Lemke, along with several freelance columnists and writers who contribute to the paper's robust content.

Beckye Randall has over 30 years experience in graphic design, journalism, marketing and public relations. The daughter of a printer and newspaper publisher, she has embraced the industry’s steady march into the digital age while valuing the connections made possible through hometown newspapers. She recently received a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, the culmination of many years of part-time college enrollment while working. An active member of her community, Beckye currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Red Curtain Foundation for the Arts and is president of the Marysville Arts Coalition.

Sue Stevenson is an expert at building relationships, and is dedicated to providing excellent customer service to our advertising partners. With decades of experience in local newspaper advertising sales, Sue leads the North County Outlook sales team while helping to manage the day-to-day operations of the business. In addition to her work at North County Outlook, Sue is an active member of the Marysville Sunrise Rotary organization.

Anita Wuellner is a business professional with a financial and legal background who helps oversee the company’s business activities. Anita has been an active volunteer for literacy and teen services. Sales Assistant
Marysville resident Debbie Glidden is our "right-hand girl," assisting the sales staff with retail advertising and managing the classified directories and liner ads. She displays a great work ethic and dedication to customer service for our business. An avid motorcyclist, Debbie is the proud owner of a Harley "Fat Boy," and she and her husband enjoy weekend rides with the gang from Sound Harley-Davidson.
